Beta-G Pure Barley Fiber is derived from 100% natural and non-GMO hulless Nowegian barley. It comes in a food-grade 300g resealable packet and has a shelf life of at least 12months. 15g of Beta-G Pure (equivalent to 2-3 tablespoons) will contain at least 3g of Beta-Glucan which the US FDA has claimed to lower LDL cholesterol and reduce the risk of cardiovascular disease.
